How can you document what makes you grateful over the next week? One second videos? A photo of each moment you’re grateful for? A jar you drop a set amount of money in each time you’re grateful for to use to treat yourself to something special at the end of the week? Bullet points in a journal?
At the end of the week, consider if you want to share what you’ve documented with anyone or keep it to yourself. Honor your decision without judgment.
